I believe that many people would agree to help towards putting a ban on smoking. If the government banned this poisonous drug, our country would be a better place and it would certainly improve lifestyles.
With cigarettes costing quite a lot these days, it would help families save and money saved could be put to better use where the entire family can enjoy the benefits.
Since there is as huge amount of smokers in New Zealand i understand that if smoking were to be banned it may cause a riot and upset a lot of people, but they need to understand that it is a step towards a better life for the smoker and for everyone around them.
Hey Chris, this is a really powerful blog. The fact that smoking is bad is common knowledge, but I feel much more educated after reading your arguement. Your use of statistics was effective, and I like that you drew attention to the emotional side of things as well, not only the health issues.
ReplyDeleteP.S I love the visuals. They're great, and I feel that they add significance.
High Chris
ReplyDeleteAwesome blog totally in agreeance with you about banning smoking period. Im bias as I dont smoke and I have always hated that people smoke and I refuse to buy anyone cigarettes or even give anyone any money if it will go towards buying cigarettes.
This was very informative and I found out allot of interesting facts too while reading your blog.
I do like your blog layout and the background and the text font great work.
A+ if you ask me "BELIEVE IT"
Hi Chris, Sorry for late comment as I was too busy with my other papers' assignments. Well, Smoking is not such a new topic anymore but what you did really made readers feel interested though. The points you chose are all important and significant in discussing about whether smoking should be banned. I like the way you argued too. Well done with the design also ^^
ReplyDeleteHey Chris
ReplyDeleteWhile you make rally good points and offer a lot of information, it think people would benefit from smoking being legal rather than illegal. Banning a dangerous substance doesn't mean people will stop doing it. Other drugs are banned and yet they have a thriving black market where they make unregulated profits without any law to hold them back. They make more money, and because of it's illegal status, makes it harder for people to actually stop themselves and seek help in a friendly environment.
Superb explanation & it's too clear to understand the concept as well, keep sharing admin with some updated information with right examples.Keep update more posts.
